As I’ve mentioned elsewhere, all my courses are bespoke, and designed expressly for the organisation that has commissioned me. Because of that I see my tuition as a hybrid between training and consultancy – delegates get a chance to think strategically about what they are doing, as well as gaining from the strongly practical aspects of a course.
